As its name suggests, this is the ‘Holy Grail’ of Reverb pedals. It has everything to become your main arsenal when it comes to giving space, thickness and ambience to your sound. It has two reverb modes: “Spring” and “Hall”. Two modes that come directly from the mini version of EHX’s famous reverb pedal, and add two new effects: “Plate” and “Reverse”. These 4 modes are selected using a 4-position rotary switch.

Another difference with the previous pedal is that in this version the control that adjusts the amount of effect has been changed to a Blend type, which mixes the dry signal with the wet one. In addition, it incorporates a new potentiometer (Time), which serves to adjust the time of the effect / decay of the modes “Spring”, “Hall” and “Plate”. On the other hand, when the “Reverse” mode is selected, you can choose the time that passes from when we attack the note until the effect fades. The Holy Grail Max has True Bypass switching and works with a 9V power supply (included).
