Dave Friedman designed this amplifier specifically for Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelliher. The Butterslax sets new standards in High Gain. There are 3 channels available: Channel 1 (Clean) provides as much gain as a conventional tube amplifier in the overdrive channel. Channel 2 has distortion capabilities and on channel 3 you will find the absolute madness of ultra high gain.
